1. Digital Nature of Our Services
Workflow Solutions provides software-as-a-service (SaaS), digital workflows, and custom automation integrations. Because our products are entirely digital and grant immediate access to proprietary software, cloud infrastructure, and computational resources, we do not accept physical returns.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Workflow Solutions subscription at any time.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard under the Billing or Subscription tab, or by contacting our support team at support@workflowsolutions.xyz.
- Access After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid billing cycle, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle. You will retain access to your account and automated workflows until the billing cycle concludes. We do not prorate cancellations for partial months.
3. Refund Eligibility
We evaluate refund requests based on the type of service purchased:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you forget to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date, we cannot issue a refund for the new billing cycle.

5. Service Disruptions
While we strive for 100% uptime, automation relying on third-party APIs may occasionally experience disruptions outside of our control. We do not offer refunds or credits for temporary downtime, maintenance windows, or workflow failures caused by changes to external third-party services.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We realize that exceptional circumstances can occur. We reserve the right to grant refunds or credits at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors, significant technical failures directly on our end that prevent the core use of the software, or fraud.
